I am currently providing services for residents of California. I offer Telehealth services (over Zoom or phone call consultations) or in-person sessions within your most meaningful daily settings- in your home or in the community. Brain Waves currently accepts CenCal insurance. I accept cash, check, or Zelle for private payments. Fees are due at time of service. Evaluation
Initial Evaluation
$50 / $100 with 30-minute parent conference to review the results
Written report assessing the progress made across a 6-month reporting period as well as the current level of functioning. Includes re-examination of goals within the current OT plan of care. Recommended to be completed every 6 months, or as needed
Progress Report
$150
Looking at current level of functioning, current occupational therapy plan, progress made across the previous 6 month period of care, and a written report with updated goals. *Recommended every 6 months, or as needed.
Re-Evaluation
$200
Comprehensive measurement of current level of functioning with standardized assessment(s) to compare to baseline scores. Used to measure growth and/or for providing specific information to other professionals such as in the school. *Required every 12 months to ensure provision of care.
Assessment Testing & Reports
Price varies, based on needs.
Any additional scores from standardized testing with associated reports, as requested by the family.
Direct OT Services
Session with the client
$140 / therapeutic hour
A therapeutic hour is 50-minutes with the client + 10-minute parent consultation & training.
Social Skills Group

If recommended, your child may be seen with 1 or more other clients, to target social interaction skills.
Consultation
$60 per 30-minute consultation block
Consultation with caregiver(s) and/or other providers via phone or Zoom call, scheduled for either 30 minutes ($60) or 1 hour ($120)

Home program resources for supporting continuity of care, is built into an individual’s OT program based on the needs of the individual and family. Additional home programming for resources, activities, or consultation outside of what is offered within a standard session will be discussed and billed on a case-by-case basis, as it relates to the family’s individual needs.
